A hospital in the UK has found a cheap way to help young mothers practice breastfeeding, which is to create woolen breast prostheses. These wool breasts are being used at Liverpool Maternity Hospital to help young mothers learn how to breastfeed and express milk when needed.
" We have a local baby support organization and we encourage mothers to express milk to help weak babies, " said McFadden .
She added: "You can buy breast models but it's very expensive, about 35 pounds, while we need 50 pieces."
