The Tadico scientists' air purifiers are designed with sensors that monitor the dirt level of the filter and alarm when the dirt level exceeds the allowable limit. At the blower, it is possible to adjust the speed so that a pressure column can be created to overcome the resistance of the filter to produce the necessary wind speed, and when the air filter reaches the permissible dirty level, it will stop and warn by whistle or beacon.

At equipment with appropriate air temperature control in the room, the connection regulates the opening and closing of the feed valve and wind return to ensure that the airflow temperature is satisfactory. The air in the room can be controlled by remote control or by a fixed control cabinet.

The device has a sensor that monitors the dirt level of the filter plate.

This is the first product manufactured in Vietnam with technology and components that can be fully active. Except for fans, air filters and sensors of all types imported from abroad, most of the remaining parts are designed and manufactured by themselves. The product is designed to use technology that changes fan speed and power consumption in accordance with the required load, thus saving the maximum amount of power consumption. The equipment system can be connected to manage and operate in common with the building's operating system.

Technology export

Right at the initial trial production, the scientists successfully launched and successfully exported the first shipment to the Posco group of Korea with the number of 148 units, equivalent to VND 10 billion. Enterprises are willing to accept orders or resell production technologies as agreed.

The drawback of the product is that it is only applicable in space environments where there is only one air supply to the room.
