Canada warned people about the serious cold situation taking place in the country, Newsweek reported on December 29. Even some places in Antarctica and above have warmer weather than this country.

The daytime temperatures on Mars hit the threshold of -23 degrees Celsius on December 28, slightly higher than the heat of -24 degrees Celsius in Montreal and equivalent to the heat in Calgary. Many cities in Canada are also suffering from particularly cold weather.

The temperature on Mars varies greatly, according to NASA. The warmest areas can reach 21 degrees Celsius, while in some places, the temperature can drop as low as -143 degrees Celsius.

The US East Coast is also experiencing many areas buried under lots of snow and very low temperatures. US President Donald Trump on December 28 announced that the country is about to meet the new year with a record low temperature, showing that global warming is not true.

However, experts say this inference is not correct, according to Scientific American. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) defines the climate as the average weather over a period of at least 30 years. Therefore, it cannot be said that global warming is wrong based on temporary weather fluctuations.
