Pine is an indispensable ornament on every Christmas occasion

Conditional houses use fresh pine, fewer conditions, then play fake messages. However, if you belong to a group of people who prefer real pine trees in your home, you need to think again. The reason is because according to a recent study of the UK, you have a high risk of having a very unpleasant syndrome, named: Christmas tree syndrome.

Specifically, experts from the UK Asthma Foundation say about 300 people are hospitalized each year, with symptoms such as lacrimation, nasal itching, difficulty breathing, chest pain and coughing out loud. Those are also the symptoms of "Christmas Tree Syndrome".

So what is the reason? According to Dr. Andy Whittamore, the reason is because of all kinds on pine trees.

"Every house has a lot of mushrooms, few people know that mold also naturally grows on pine trees."

"The situation is worse if the house has a heating system. A warm atmosphere will help mold grow faster and cause more allergies."

If your home has asthma, you should not leave fresh pine in your home.

In particular, people with a history of asthma will fall into very bad conditions, may require hospitalization.

In another study from Upstate Medical University (USA), experts analyzed 28 samples of Christmas trees and discovered 53 species of mushrooms. Of which, 70% are capable of causing symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, stuffy nose . Some even harm the lungs and bronchi.

According to Dr. Lawrence Kurlandsky, the author of the study, they realized that something was wrong when before and after Christmas, the number of people hospitalized with respiratory illnesses increased abnormally. The final cause is defined as "Christmas Tree Syndrome".

Of course, each person's immune system is different. If you and your family members have a history of asthma, or have a sensitive location, you should consider switching to a plastic Christmas tree to enjoy a full Christmas season.
