Regarding equipment for killing red-eared turtles, Mr. Rao said that the Department has completed equipment, and is conducting testing of 7 cages at Van Quan Lake in terms of durability, manipulation of bait and catching turtles when trapped . The capture of red-eared turtles in Hoan Kiem Lake is feasible and can be done early around March.
