Men are more likely to have children by heating the sun

Couples find it difficult to have children so often go for a walk outside, a new study suggests. That's because sunshine a little each day will help men improve sperm quality.
According to Anne Clark, medical director of an Australian fertility center, about one-third of men who have trouble giving birth have low levels of vitamin D in their bodies. (Vitamin D is also called sunshine vitamin).
Clark said that just spending about 10 minutes a day walking with sleeves rolled up was enough to improve "sperm".
Previous studies have shown that vitamin D, made from natural sunlight and present in fish oil and eggs, is important for a healthy pregnancy.
But the latest research shows that this deficiency also affects sperm.
"Research results show that lifestyle changes can be beneficial," Dr. Clark said.
She also said that male office workers can absorb enough vitamin D simply by drinking light tea in the sun with their sleeves rolled up. Other changes such as quitting smoking, losing weight, reducing coffee and alcohol also work.
In her research group, 105 men agreed to make changes, and took multivitamins and antioxidants within 2-3 months. Later, tests have shown improvement in sperm shape, helping to increase fertility.
In fact, 31 men helped his wife become pregnant after this period.
