Mobile home waterproof

The tendency to use small homes is quite common in the community. So a team from the New York-based design firm launched a mobile home called Taku Tanku.

Basically, the house is two plastic containers with recycled water, between the two tanks is a wooden compartment. The house has a bed, desk but no water supply and bathroom. The weight of the Taku Tanku is quite light so it can be tied to a bike and pulled away.

Each plastic bucket is 3,000 liters, between two barrels are wooden cabinets that connect them together and this is also the door. With a bike, motorbike or even a boat can drag the house Taku Tanku go everywhere.

Small, light but with an area of 9m ² , the house enough room for 2-3 people and have luggage compartment luggage, food, drinking water. The house has LED lighting system for night lighting.

The Daily Mail said that basically, Taku Tanku was designed with waterproof material so it was not just moving on the road that could be launched to tow by boat.
