According to AFP News Agency, NASA said that these three asteroids are all sized in size of 7-10m in diameter.'We will further analyze these asteroids next year to determine the most suitable goal,' said Paul Chodas of NASA's Near-Earth Program Office.

NASA's goal is to bring an unmanned spacecraft to capture an asteroid, pulling it into orbit around the moon. NASA astronauts will then study and bring the asteroid specimens back to Earth.

NASA will use the Orion spacecraft to bring astronauts to study asteroids and return to Earth. The Orion spacecraft has been built for a long time but has never been used. In addition, NASA will also use the new rocket launcher.

NASA said the project will help strengthen Earth's defense capacity against the risk of asteroids being attacked. New technology also helps accelerate space exploration programs.

Earlier, US President Barack Obama also stressed that the asteroid project would be an important stepping stone for NASA's mission to bring people to Mars in 2030.

NASA's budget for the asteroid project in 2014 is about $ 100 million. However, experts believe that the cost of implementing this entire project will reach $ 2 billion.

NASA said it would launch the Orion ship mission to capture the asteroid in 2017 or 2019. The journey to the asteroid for 1.5 years, the process of capturing and pulling it to the orbit of the moon could last 3 ,5 years.
