Netherlands: Cars are just flying
Airplanes can fly up to 1500m. When flying as well as moving on the ground, the car can accelerate at 0-100km / h in 5 seconds, speed can reach 200km / h ...
After the launch of the PAL-V (Personal Air and Land Vehicle) concept last year, the Dutch design office SPARK Design has set production standards. The company said the issue of capital and production techniques was resolved, and had already submitted a feasibility report to market the product with the EU Transport Authority.

On the surface, the three-wheeled airplane looks like a three-wheeled helicopter, but the PAL-V can fly as high as 1500m. The motors use a rotary axis motor RX -8, the maximum engine power can reach about 213Hp.
When flying as well as moving on the ground, vehicles can accelerate at 0-100km / h in 5 seconds, speed can reach up to 200km / h. Made of lightweight materials, the PAL-V weighs only 550kg.
Currently, SPARK Design has officially announced that they have found sponsors and are preparing to produce cars in large quantities.
In 2006, after the introduction of the conceptual version of the car, the design department began applying for the new vehicle with the EU transport agency, because the main problem was that the Law of Traffic for Medium Vehicles go fly this!
