In the morning of December 8, at the University of Dalat, Hanoi Institute of Mathematics and Pukyong National University (South Korea) organized an international seminar on Vietnam - Korea with the theme 'Theoretical Theory and Application'.
More than 100 leading scientists in the field of mathematics of the two countries attended the workshop. 45 scientific reports will be presented here, which are excellent research works of Vietnamese - Korean mathematicians.

According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Khoa Son - Hanoi Institute of Mathematics, head of the seminar, the quality of scientific reports brought to this workshop is very high, including many excellent research projects in the field. Optimization Theory and Application of Korean scientists such as GS Gyeong-Mi Cho (Dongseo University); Prof. Yong Hoon Lee, Pusan National University, GS Do Sang Kim (Chungbuk National University); Prof. Dr. Pham Huu Sach, Prof. Nguyen Dong Yen, Prof. Hoang Xuan Phu (Hanoi Institute of Mathematics).
Many papers were presented by experts at the seminar such as the necessary and sufficient conditions; Optimized vector; Dualism theory; Parameter optimization; Variable inequality; Balance problem .
The seminar on mathematics is alternately organized by Vietnam and Korea every two years. This 8th time takes place in Da Lat from December 8 to 10.
