Penetrating into the cage to attack the calf, the giant python was caught alive

An Anaconda python sneaked into the farm and attacked a calf, scaring viewers.

The incident happened on a farm in Brazil. Specifically, one owner suddenly discovered a large Anaconda python attacking a calf.

In the clip, the python is more than 5 meters long, lying on the ground and biting the calf's front leg. At this point, the calf appeared to be quite calm, just standing still without any panic.

Immediately after, the owner grabbed the giant python's tail and pulled it outside. Even after being dragged on the ground by the calf, the python still refused to let go of its prey. In the end, the owner had to help the calf to escape. Luckily it is still very healthy.

Anaconda pythons are giant pythons that live in the Amazon basin, South America. They lead an amphibian lifestyle but rarely climb trees because of their large body mass. This python species lives mainly in aquatic environments and inhabits tropical rainforests.

The python bit the calf's leg and dragged it away.

Anaconda can swim at speeds of up to 20km/h and can stay underwater for up to 20 minutes. Like other snakes, they molt frequently. Anaconda pythons move quite slowly, so they often rely on 'stealth' and surprise attacks to catch their prey.

Without too many enemies, an Anaconda can easily pass the 10-12 year mark in the wild. And in captivity, that number will go up to 30 years.

In terms of living habits, Anaconda lives in the water but does not eat aquatic products such as fish. Their favorite prey is South American crocodiles, other snakes, goats and even South American leopards.
