This 2.5m long leather manuscript contains religious mantras as well as colorful depictions of divine and supernatural characters. It includes drawings and articles on both sides.

Dr. Wael Sherbiny, who found this manuscript in a large and small piece of debris on the shelves in the Cairo Museum, said it was the oldest and longest leather manuscript since ancient Egypt ( dating back to 2000 - 2,300 BC.

Experts still do not know the origin of this manuscript, but according to Sherbiny, it was purchased by a French Oriental Archaeological Institute from a stock dealer right after World War I, and two years later, before When World War II occurred, it was given back to the Cairo Museum and then 'submerged in oblivion'.

'After a long and difficult study of the details in each piece, I decided to reconstruct and discover the initial layout of these segments,' explains the doctor.
