Separation of antibiotics,

Antibiotic-contaminated honey after being treated with antibiotic separation has become completely safe for users' health.

Honey contaminated with antibiotic after being treated by antibiotic separation system manufactured by engineer Huynh Tien Trung, Sub-Institute of Agricultural Electrical Engineering and post-harvest technology has become completely safe with health of users. use.

In the first 9 months of 2009, nearly 10 export shipments to foreign countries were returned due to Chloramphenicol, Tetracycline, Streptomycine, Norfloxacin. Beekeepers explain that, during beekeeping, weather changes cause bees to suffer from diarrhea. To save bees, farmers often have to use antibiotics to cure them.

However, after the bee dies, the antibiotic remains in honey. For export shipments, if the antibiotic is infected, it will be returned. Enterprises only have to sell low-cost products to local establishments or dump them.

From the above reasons, Trung has cooperated with Huong Rung Export and Investment Trading Co., Ltd. to solve this difficult problem for honey trading enterprises. Mr. Trung said that according to some beekeepers, the secret of antibiotic infection has no remedies.

Applying the inherent experience of equipment and machinery in the honey production and preliminary processing industry, Mr. Trung has released a honey antibiotic separation machine based on the principle of vacuum pump.

The process of experimentation showed that, after separating antibiotics from honey, honey retains its original taste and color. The system only cleans antibiotics, while the quality of honey remains the same.

Mr. Trung said, the first will be put into the mixing tank, reduce the water in accordance with the concentration of infected antibiotics. Next, heat the bile at a temperature of 45 degrees C and spray it into a vacuum barrel in the form of small rays. Here, the vacuum basin combined with centrifugal pump will separate water and antibiotics from the bile at a temperature of 20 degrees C.

Thanks to the boiling point in the foot is not small, the honey retains its original quality. The finished product will flow into the intermediate container and can lock the safety valve to remove the bile without turning off the system. Steam and antibiotics are passed through the cooler to condense into water and flow out. The productivity of the machine can reach 1,200kg / batch.

The advantages of the system are compact, easy to remove and clean. Or you can pump water into the sink to rinse. Equipment operation cost is not high, labor cost is low, so it brings profit to users.

Mr. Huynh Cong Chien, Director of Huong Rung Company, said that the machine is in the process of running the test but the results are very good.

Trung reckons that the cost of antibiotic separation in honey from 4,000 to 5,000 VND / kg is still more than to be dumped if the secret is not satisfactory due to antibiotic infection.
