The strongest wind in the area near the storm center is strong at level 8 (ie 62 to 74 km per hour), level 9, level 10. It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, typhoon 6 will move mainly in the West, every hour about 10 km away and weakened into tropical depression.

The water level upstream of the Mekong River is rising fast

Due to the upstream flood combined with high tide, the water level of the Mekong River is rising fast.
