The Russian Emergency Department said seismic events occurred in Tyva, the republic of the Russian Federation and the Mongols. People in the Buryatia republic, Irkutsk city, Khakassia republic also felt the impact of seismic. People in high-rise buildings said that furniture in the house fell and fell because of the earthquake, RIA Novosti reported.
