Sun fish, champion of achievement ... laying

The sunfish has a scientific name, Mola mola, a short body, almost like a oval or a circle, looking from a distance that looks like a big head.

They are named "Sun Fish" because they are believed to "sunbathe" on the sea surface because they often swim lumbering close to the water.

The sun's fish mouth is very small, each has two joined teeth making it a mine so they cannot swallow big bait but only eat small crustaceans and other plankton.

Adult male sunfish have an average body length of about 3.5 m, weighing about 1.7 tons.

The dorsal and anal fins are long, tall and located near the end of the body, the dorsal fins are small and round, the caudal fin is only a narrow band with little swimming effect.

The skin is thick, rough and tough, the upper body is gray or brown, the color is lighter.

Although the body is large, but with a limp body structure, the sun fish swim weakly.

Most of the time the sun fish let the bulk of the body float freely to follow the currents. Adults like to drift sideways.

Sunfish is considered the champion in the ocean world of achievement . spawn, a female can lay about 300 million eggs at a time. The eggs of this fish float along the ocean currents.

Young sun fish swim normally like other fish, until they begin to "lazy" - just like to drift along the ocean currents.
