Terrifying tornado video causes a house to 'discolor' in just a moment

A car's dash cam in the US captured images of a tornado taking place right in front. This tornado destroyed and swept away a house in the blink of an eye, showing how dangerous sudden extreme weather events can be.

Meteorologists called the weather event that occurred at the end of April in Nebraska (USA) 'historic' because up to 6 tornadoes occurred in one week.

Yesterday, May 6, a video taken from the dashcam of a car parked near where a tornado passed was posted on social networks, attracting hundreds of thousands of views in just a few hours. Video shows a house in Nebraska being 'wiped out' so quickly it's hard to imagine.

According to news sites in the US, this video recorded images of the tornado that occurred on April 26. That day, very strong wind gusts caused a lot of chaos in the state of Nebraska, causing the US National Weather Service (NWS) to issue a record number of warnings.

Mr. Taylor Nicolaisen, meteorologist at NWS, said: 'This is truly a historic event, an event that people only see once in their lifetime.' He also affirmed that this type of weather is 'deadly dangerous'.

Gusts of wind also blew a few people away from their homes, but fortunately they only suffered minor injuries.

According to ABS-CBN News, the tornado that blew away the house in the video above had winds of up to 254km/h, which is like a super storm. This house belongs to Garner Industries company. When the tornado hit, there were still dozens of workers inside the house. Luckily, all of them survived even though the house was torn apart.

Meteorologists say that during thunderstorms, people should seek shelter and should not try to walk on the road even if they have rain protection. Because as the video above shows, when there is strong wind, many things will be thrown and blown away, hitting pedestrians and causing injury or even worse.
