The results show that 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) networks, when tested in the US, are significantly faster than current 3G speeds.

Currently, Verizon plans to bring 4G LTE into full operation by the end of 2010, while AT & T will adopt 4G LTE in 2011. Another carrier, T-Mobile, HSPA + service, 4G Proximity technology. The reason given is that the terminal fails to run on the infrastructure of the 4G network.
