Khagendra Thapa Magar, Nepali, 14 years old but only 50cm tall and 4.5kg heavy. Khagendra is Nepal's lowest teenager.

He applied and was waiting for the Guinness Book of Records to be recognized as the world's lowest boy.
Next week, Guinness Book of World Records will respond to Khagendra's application. There is no section on the organization's website for " the world's lowest boy".
An organization called Khagendra Thapa Magar Foundation was set up to raise funds to help Khagendra. Khagendra and his family are visiting South Nepal to seek support for the aforementioned grant.
