In the town of Bélmez de la Moraleda (Spain), the people here went from surprised to terrified when they found strange faces appearing on the floor of a house . This house is owned by Maria Gomez Pereira's family.

On August 23, 1971, there were stains on her house, but strangely, these marks kept running long and up to one day clearly formed a peculiar face.

Maria was horrified by the stain, so she and her family tried to use a pickaxe to destroy it.Another cement plate was replaced but the other face showed up just a week later.

After the mayor advised the family to retain the ' face' for research, many scientific experts were invited to examine.

Accordingly, experts drilled a hole deep into Maria's floor to investigate and horrified to discover that Maria's house was actually built on a grave.

Hundreds of human remains were found beneath Maria's floor , most of them had no heads. Carbon radioactivity results show that the remains date from around the 13th century.

Researchers believe that this is most likely a mass grave of executed prisoners . These bodies were then buried carefully, boreholes and floors were also filled and plastered. And people believe that this phenomenon has disappeared - but the truth is they are wrong.

Now there is not only one face, but many faces are constantly appearing in all different expressions . Some scientists have used special devices to record sound pulses in this room and they have heard spooky sounds that according to idealists, that sound can only come from hell. .

It is a scream, cursing, calling for help, asking for liberation and even meaningless phrases. Specifically, they have been conducting conversations.

When they asked a man's face, his face answered 'El Pelao '. Another face even called the host's name: 'Maria, I want to leave ' (Maria, I want to leave).

'Live' faces

Next is light - something that can affect the chemical structure of cement. Finally, a dye was discovered in the family car. This argument is rejected by many researchers because these can be found in most kitchens.

They think that it is possible that Maria has a special psychic ability and that is the 'catalyst' for these phenomena. Because they found out with Maria's frailness, the faces also became faded and the facial expressions of the drawings coincided with Maria's mood.

Even after she died in February 2004, people saw faces disappear for a while. However, this argument is not really valid because then they see them appear. And until now, the solution to the face mystery still remains a big unknown to scientists.
