The girl looked at everything as white and black

For Freyah Rose Lyons, everything is black and white because she suffers from a rare syndrome that makes her eyes unable to see any color.

Doctors believe that color blindness suffers from a cold or flu virus that Cassie and her mother had during pregnancy. Cassie, 20, said: "She is really lovely and the only thing she lacks is vision but she is compensated by other senses.

Everything in her eyes was black and white but it was better than not seeing anything. In return, she talks to anyone and everyone lingers to talk to her with lovely curly hair ".

Freyah can only see shades of gray

Freyah Rose, 20 months old, suffering from Optic nerve hypoplasia (ONH ) causes damage to the optic nerve, causing her to shake her eyeballs, her right eye continuously moving from side to side. Tests show that babies can't even identify colors. This is an abnormal condition of this syndrome. This makes doctors worry that she will only be able to see the shades of gray.

Her mother, Cassie, said: "It is possible that she can only see white and black, but since Freyah Rose is too young, she cannot tell us anything."

As soon as Freyah Rose was born, doctors realized something was wrong, she slept a lot, her eyes moved unconsciously and she was very difficult to concentrate.

The doctor thought that this visual effect developed since the baby was in the mother's womb. Cassie said she did not feel sick but her mother and brother had the flu during her pregnancy so she could be infected without realizing it.

Dr Susmito Biswas of the Royal Manchester Eye Hospital said: "ONH affects 1 / 10,000 people and is not currently cured."

Currently, Cassie is trying to make a home feel room to help enhance the vision for Freyah Rose. Cassie also did a campaign to raise money in Backpool, England.
