Daido Steel Corporation of Japan has successfully produced the stainless steel has the highest anti-erosion ever.
Manufacturers have adopted the latest metallurgical technology and special additives, which help the steel have anti-oxidation as well as anti-wear resistance higher than the current 25-30%. With this feature, the new product is especially useful in the manufacture of auto parts, milling blades or other equipment in chemical plants. The product will be available in 2007.
