It seems that the climate will get warmer as the swirl weakens, but when the spiral weakens, the cold air masses of the North Pole will easily escape and spill into the surrounding areas. When the vortex is strong, the cold air mass is trapped inside the vortex like a polar container.
The weakening of the North Pole has been noticed and studied over the past few years, but this new study also shows the movement of the spiral from North America to the Eurasian continent in February every year. This is the reason for the low temperature in the US East Coast.
