Three new lizard species have never been discovered
Scientists have discovered three new lizard species in Ecuador and Peru.

Accordingly, these three species of lizards are found in tropical forests in the Andes region.
Three new species of lizards with the scientific name Enyalioides altotambo, Enyalioides anisolepis and Enyalioides sophiarothschildae.

These lizards are very colorful and stand out . They have longitudinal spines and shiny backs. These new lizard species have a maximum body length of about 40cm.
The lizard Enyalioides altotambo is found in the area about 125 north of the capital Quito (Ecuador).
Meanwhile, Enyalioides anisolepis is found at the foot of the Andes Mountains on the border between Ecuador and Peru.
The third lizard Enyalioides sophiarothschildae is named after the woman who sponsored the research program, Sophia Rothschild. This species is found in a forest in San Martin, Peru.
DNA testing samples and physical properties studies show that these lizards have never been known before.
