To reduce fat and sleep well, limit watching television
A new study by American scientists found that, if minimizing television viewing time, adults will consume more energy.
Scientists monitored and tested 36 adult subjects watching TV for at least 3 hours a day, body weight index ranging from 25 to 50, the type of fat.
Scientists have randomly selected 20 subjects and installed electronic devices to control the amount of television watching weekly.
Experimental results showed that in 3 weeks, 20 subjects randomly selected 119 calories more energy than before. Meanwhile, the remaining 16 subjects each day consume 95 calories less energy than before.
Scientists analyze and say, controlling television viewing time not only helps increase the amount of time spent working, but also helps reduce chronic insomnia.
The latest research results show that chronic insomnia is also a potential cause of obesity. In addition, the study results also show that people who watch less television will consume more energy than the energy put into the body. Whereas those who watch a lot of television have the opposite result.
