According to AFP, the folding car called Hiriko has just been introduced in the European Commission (EC).This is the first electric car to fold up like a children's trolley, which will appear on the streets of European cities in 2013.

Hiriko has 2 seats, the machine is placed in the wheel and can be folded quickly like a children's trolley to facilitate parking.
