Americans find out how to read human thoughts

Scientists at Carnegie Mellon University in Pennysylvania can deduce what others are thinking by brainstorming through a simple exercise.

Accordingly, the 16 participants in the study were taught about diet and habits of 8 different species, scientists will observe how they handle new information through photo magnetic resonance imaging functional areas ( fMRI).

They found each person had a "brain activation signature," a sign that neurons work to identify each animal. Specifically, each person has a separate area in the brain that stores new information about where the animal lives, as well as its diet.

When the brain associates with animals, scientists can use the fMRI image and find out who the animal is thinking about at what time.

According to Carnegie Mellon University, this research is highly applicable, which can " read the mind when people come up with new ideas ." Further, someday, scientists can use this method to read human minds , find out what we are thinking about. This work was funded by the US Naval Research Service
