This morning, December 8, the tropical low pressure in the Philippines became strong into a storm, with the international name Utor (the American name means strong wind). Forecast of the night 10, 11-12 am storm will enter the East Sea and will be directed to Central Vietnam.

At 7 am, Typhoon Utor is located at about 10.1 degrees north latitude, 133.3 degrees east longitude, 780km east of the Guiuan (Philippines) region. This position is parallel to the South.

The strongest wind power near the storm center is about 83km / hour (level 9), shocking 90km / hour (level 10), the storm is moving in the west with a very fast speed of 33km / hour.

According to the US Navy Storm Warning Center, the storm will rapidly increase to reach the highest wind speed at about 139km / hour (level 13) by tomorrow, and 167 km / hour (level 15). If moving as expected, by 9 am tomorrow this storm will land in the Visayas (Philippines).

At night 10, 11-12 am, the storm will enter the East Sea and weaken a little, but then it will quickly increase to level 13 with level 15 as before. The storm will continue to move in the west and gradually move west and northwest to face Central Vietnam.
