Implementing the Ministry of Transport's policy on Internet agency management, VDC has cooperated with provincial / municipal post offices and telecommunication companies to install Internet management software. public for agents belonging to VNN network.

This is a task assigned by VNPT to VDC to support customers in order to support VNN customers to implement the inter-ministerial circular No. 02/2005 / TTLT-BCVT-VHTT-CA-KHDT.

Under this program, VDC has just released the latest version of INCMwin public Internet management software.

INCMwin is an Internet agent management software solution running on Windows operating system. Some of INCMwin's main features include preventing websites with bad content, automatically updating the list of black websites that need to be blocked, helping Internet agents in recording customer information using the service, counting money for using the service .

Because it is developed based on the billing software using public Internet services, the installation and use of INCMwin is similar to the billing software that is being widely used in the market. The use of this software is very convenient, not different from a simple cash register software.

c. Revoke Internet agent business registration certificate.
