The strange circular ice appears on the river Yimin.
Many tourists flocked to Hulunbuir, which is the northeastern city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, to witness a round of ice on its own, circling the cold water on the Yimin River. Some people even jumped on thin ice, posing and taking pictures.
