Solar battery.
Greenhouse gas emissions in the United States are 82% of carbon dioxide (CO 2 ). Nitrogen trifluotride or NF3 only accounts for a small but growing share.
The amount of CO2 increased by only 5.6% between 1990 and 2015, but the amount of NF3 increased more than 1000% in the same period of 25 years.
This increase is associated with the manufacturing industry that uses chemicals to produce: solar cells, semiconductor devices and LCD screens.
