Before that situation, from November 2005, the Center for Laser Technology Application began researching to produce breathing machines and has now completed. According to Director Tran Ngoc Liem, this "made in Vietnam" product is priced at VND7-7.5 million each, about 8-10 times cheaper than European imports while the quality is still guaranteed.

Currently the device is still in testing time, then will quickly mass produce to promptly provide treatment facilities before the pandemic of bird flu occurs.
