While together with his father photographing wildlife at Ngorongoro Crater (Tanzania) sanctuary, the 16-year-old American boy Joe Sulik suddenly witnessed the battle between two male zebras in the same herd.

'First, two male zebras look quite friendly on the grass. But when one is grazing, suddenly the other child sneaks behind, bites into the tail or enters his leg, ' Joe Sulik recounted.

Soon after, the war between two zebras became fierce as they charged at each other. One even launched a back kick to hit the opponent's face. The war ends only after a child accepts surrender and runs away.

The Ngorongoro Crater conservation area, located on a basin formed by the operation of an ancient volcano, is the most ecologically diverse region in Africa with many animal species living.
