An international team of researchers from the Department of Human History at the University of Iena (France), Freie University Berlin and York University have identified human dishes that lived 8,000 years ago .
Archaeologists in Catalhoyuk, Turkey, discovered many different kitchen utensils of prehistoric people.
The results of the study, published in Nature Communications, appear on November 4, 2018. The ceramic-based study was unearthed in Catalhoyuk, central Turkey, where there is an extraordinary collection of prehistoric kitchen utensils .
By analyzing the proteins in bowls and porcelain cups 8,000 years ago, scientists found traces of cereals, vegetables, goat milk and dairy products, various types of meat. The cereals are mainly two types of variables at the time: barley and wheat, beans; meat includes goats, sheep, including deer, bison, and horses.
Prehistoric families know how to cook meat soup and porridge. However, how they cook is still a question for researchers.
