Gastroesophageal reflux

When you eat, food passes through the esophagus tube into the stomach for digestion. But if you are constantly exercising while eating, food digestion will be interrupted, resulting in heartburn, acid reflux and nausea.

Indigestion is a common problem when you eat and move. This is because food fragments are not properly digested and remain in the intestine. This can easily lead to indigestion and many other disorders. So sit down while eating.

Indigestion often leads to bloating and is accompanied by nausea, vomiting and constipation. You may experience discomfort and abdominal pain. So quit eating and moving habits even if you are late for work, late for school .

So, if you often drink fizzy and caffeinated drinks while traveling, you may experience serious health disorders.

Eat more

Eating and moving around can make you eat more because you don't control your appetite. This can lead to bloating due to overeating and an increase in waist circumference.
