Typhoon Parma and Melor are very strong and complex

According to Bui Minh Tang, director of the Central Hydrometeorological Center, the 3-10 forecast forecasted that Parma would land on Luzon island. However, due to the interaction with Melor storm, Parma storm will slow down about 10-15km / hour in the direction of west-northwest and northwest, possibly reducing the level. Meanwhile, due to the energy attraction from Typhoon Parma, Melor stormed more than 1,000km away and was up to level 15-16 and level 17.

According to Mr. Tang, Hurricane Melor's direction to the north of Taiwan is unlikely to move with Typhoon Parma into the South China Sea. After crossing north of Luzon Island, it is likely that Typhoon Parma will turn west and southwest into the North Sea.
