1. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment presided over the successful organization of ASEM Forum on Climate Change Response in two days from 6-7 September 2010 in Ha Long City, Vietnam.

9. Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment successfully organized Vietnam Sea and Island Week 2010 in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province in early June 2010. This is the first Sea and Island Festival held. It was very successful with a series of events about Vietnam sea and islands.

10. Establishing Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment on August 23, 2010, according to the Decision No. 1583 / QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
