ATI announced super-powerful graphics cards
ATI Technologies has just released a new line of ultra-powerful graphics cards - Radeon X1950 series, for gamers and multimedia tasks with the ability to handle 3D images at the most advanced level today.
The graphics card line includes two versions: the Radeon X1950 XTX and the Radeon X1950 CrossFire Edition - the overall price is 449USD. Along with higher frame rates, the Radeon X1950 series also delivers the best picture quality.
The latest series of ATI and Radeon X1950 series graphics cards
The Radeon X1950 series is also ATI's first product to incorporate the latest memory technology - GDDR4, which delivers amazingly excellent processing performance.
At 2GHz, the new graphics card easily handles fast frames at higher resolutions, or maximizes image quality in the game. Along with GDDR4, ATI also brought "fansink" technology for the first time, making the card work smoother and more powerful.
The Radeon X1950 series focuses its power on the following areas:
