The machine is composed of the initialization block, the control block, the source, the suction force, the moving block, the garbage compartment. The machine works based on centrifugal suction to transfer garbage into the rear bin. When the bin is full of garbage, the operator will press the button to enter the shore, take out the trash and replace it with another container.

Currently the machine runs on batteries at a speed of 15km / hour. Quang said that in the near future, the remaining 3 details will be completed for the machine: attaching solar collector, because in the rivers and lakes are often airy, to power the running machine instead of using battery- rules; attach automatic sensors to let the machine collect rubbish by itself; attaching two arms to destroy garbage, leaving the bulky garbage, the machine will break down before collecting.

With a price of about 2 million VND, cheap operating costs, simple technology, can be mass-produced, Quang's garbage cleaners are expected to be widely applied nationwide. Currently, the machine has been tested in some ponds and lakes in Da Nang. The project has just won the three national creative contests for teenagers and children.
