During cesarean section, doctors found a 3.8 kg baby girl had 2 heads on one body. The baby's two heads are separated by two necks and completely like normal twins with full eyes, nose, mouth, hair, ears . Prenatal diagnoses show that pregnant women have twins but No abnormalities detected.

According to Dr. Bui Quoc Khanh, Director of Ninh Giang General Hospital, after getting out of the womb, both mouths are on the two faces of the baby who cried like other newborn babies. The results of initial health examination of pediatric patients show that the baby has neonatal respiratory failure, congenital malformations, weak physical condition, respiratory secretion. Ninh Giang General Hospital has transferred her to the National Pediatric Hospital.

Currently, he is receiving special care at the Central Children's Hospital.

According to test results at the National Hospital of Pediatrics, the baby is deformed with 2 heads, 2 necks, 1 body, 2 spine, 2 legs, 2 hands, 2 kidneys, 1 liver chamber, 1 spleen, 2 lungs, 1 heart, 1 bladder, 1 female genitalia.

Currently doctors have placed two stomach tubes for babies and are investigating the digestive system, most likely this baby has two stomachs.
