Be better if you love every day

Regular daily sex helps improve sperm quality and thus increase the chance of getting pregnant, researchers have just announced.

The most common advice for couples who want to have children now is to " love " every 2 to 3 days. However, speaking at a seminar on reproduction is taking place in Europe, an Australian research group gave another result.

(Photo: BBC) In a survey of 118 men with female road problems, they found that people ejaculating daily for a week had a significant decrease in the number of sperm with DNA defects.

Dr David Greening, from Sydney's In-vitro Fertilization Center, said eight out of every 10 men who took part in the test lost 12% of their DNA sperm after 7 days.

Although the number of sperms decreased from 180 million to 70 million during that time, but still belongs to the " probably have children " threshold normally. The soldiers also became more lively after 7 days of being " liberated " continuously.

The team hypothesized that the longer the sperm stay in the testicles, the more damage it will accumulate, and the hot environment there will make them slower.

Although more research is needed to see whether the daily " activity " for men who do not have problems has the same effect, Dr. Greening believes that is certain.

However, he warned that every day " love " for too long - up to half a month - could drastically cut sperm count.
