Previously, researchers took the avian influenza virus from the World Health Organization (WHO) and implanted it into embryos in 7-day-old chicken eggs, then ensured that chicken embryos were still developing normally in eggs. before extracting embryos after 3 days of development. "We have prepared 900,000 embryos that are transplanted with bird flu virus," Yin Weidong said.
Similar studies have been conducted in the US, Japan and many other European countries.
Currently, in China there are many outbreaks of avian influenza outbreak. It has also had cases of deaths due to bird flu infection and another case in Hunan province recovered after a period of hospitalization.
