Detection of vein dinosaurs existed for 80 million years

Through research and comparison, scientists found a vein structure in an 80 million-year-old fossil bone fossil of a dinosaur.

According to Dailymail, archaeologists claim that the slender structure found inside the 80 million-year-old fossil is exactly an ancient dinosaur vein. The structure was discovered in the leg bone of the Brachylophosaurus canadensis , a 9m long dinosaur that once lived in the current state of Montana state.

The researchers compared soft protein samples discovered in hadrosaur dinosaur fossils with the proteins of today's birds to find similarities between species. From there, they can eliminate the case of proteins coming from outside contaminated bacteria.

Experts decide to authenticate detected veins. They hypothesize that if the tissues belong to the dinosaurs, its structure must be similar to the blood vessels of dinosaur relatives such as birds.

"This study is the first direct analysis of blood vessels from an extinct animal, giving us the opportunity to understand the proteins and tissues that remain, change during the fossil. New sugar helps find the evolutionary relationship of extinct organisms and identifies significant protein changes , " Cleland said.
