Accordingly, 7 black neck cranes were discovered from the only two community conservation areas in Arunachal Pradesh province, Lham Tsering of Pangchen Lumpo Muchat and Kokti Community Conservation Area of Pangchen Lakhar Community Conservation Area. .
During the winter, these flocks often fly to the valley of Zemithang, Phobjika and Bomdaling in Bhutan to stay free of cold weather.
According to WWF, the number of crowed cranes was found in Quinghai on the Yunnan plateau - Guizhou and in northeastern Bhutan. Zemithang Valley is one of the only two cold habitats for black-necked cranes in India.
