Found the oldest DNA of humanity
Archaeologists believe that the skulls of two caveman people were excavated in Spain containing the oldest DNA of modern humans.
The remains were found by accident in 2006 in the Cantabrian mountains, located 1500 meters above sea level, with a dating date of up to 7000 years, the site LiveScience said. Scientists believe that these two cave people are not the ancestors of the present Southern Europeans.
Recently, science has sequenced the genomes of the two most extinct relatives of modern humans, the Neanderthals and the Denisovans. For modern people, the oldest genome was found to belong to the mummy of the Otzi gang, a 5300-year-old mummy was discovered in the Alps since 1991.

There was also a time when researchers took DNA from an ancient human cell, but it was a mitochondria that produced energy for the human body rather than from nucleus nuclei where it was stored. storing chromosomes (mitochondrial DNA is only transmitted from mother to child).
With the two remains of the cave found, researchers believe they have recovered some of the missing links of the modern human genome.'This is the oldest part DNA of prehistoric people , ' said archaeologist Carles Lalueza-Fox of the Spanish National Research Council with LiveScience.
Carles said the remains date back to the Mesolithic period, before agriculture reached the Iberian Peninsula through Neolithic settlers from the Middle East. These cave people still live on hunting.
The current goal of the researchers will be to improve the genetic maps of both of these men. Such a work will help find out how the gene has changed after the Neolithic landings into the original European community.
