How to avoid back pain?

80% of the population suffers from back pain in their lives. In 90% of back pain, the pain will go away after 6 weeks. Therefore, we need to follow some tips to avoid those unpleasant aches and pains.

The most common causes are arthritis, muscle cramps, trauma, osteoporosis, and infection. Resting in bed or applying heat to the affected area for 20 minutes at a time, and doing it several times a day, also helps relieve pain. But in case of infection, cold compressing is more effective.

To deal with back pain, we have the following suggestions:

- Sleeping on a sturdy bed, and pillows placed under the knees.

- When you sit up and get out of bed, turn your body to one side of the bed, put your foot down first, and hold your back straight when sitting with your hands behind.

- Should kneel when cleaning the mat bed.

- Curl up when lifting heavy objects.

- Start wearing clothes from the bottom up, sitting or lying on the bed. Avoid excessive bending of the spine.
