According to IAEA's Director of Nuclear Power Department, according to IAEA criteria, Vietnam is currently in phase 2 of the process of developing nuclear power infrastructure. Development of nuclear power infrastructure is an extremely important issue with many difficulties and challenges, especially for countries that have just started nuclear power programs like Vietnam due to lack of experience and lack of experts. During the seminar (December 5-14), experts of the IAEA will work directly with representatives and experts of the Ministry of Science and Technology and other ministries, agencies and agencies.
