'ICT and administrative reform' put expectations on the Prime Minister

Administrative reform is one of the hot topics that are being attracted by many people in the dialogue with the Prime Minister on February 9. IT and communication, with the role of computerizing the state administrative apparatus, are also many fields expected by the Prime Minister to answer and orient in this special dialogue.

ICT is an important driving force of ICT development and application in order to promote innovation, support integration, and contribute to the success of the country's industrialization and modernization. In 2005 and 2006, two laws on ICT were born to meet the social needs of rights and obligations to enjoy the achievements of ICT, contributing to promoting socio-economic development.

Unfortunately, the law already exists, but e-customs, e-payment, and electronic authentication are never known to allow ICT laws to go into everyday life. ICT is just a tool, and ICT application is a related responsibility of many different ministries and branches.
