In the North, there appears fog in the early morning, the mountains have a cold place

Central Center for Hydrometeorological Forecasting said that in the North, there was fog in the early morning, cold weather, mountainous areas with strong cold, high mountains with temperatures below 8 degrees C.

The Central and Central Highlands regions have some rain in which Nam Bo does not rain, sunny days with temperatures ranging from 21-32 degrees C.

Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue are cloudy, there are some rain in the North, scattered rain in the South, North Wind to the Northwest level 2-3. Cold weather, humidity from 60-96%. The lowest temperature is from 13-16 degrees Celsius, the highest is from 18-21 degrees C.
