Yves Rossy, claiming to be a "jet man", was famous all over the world after he crossed the English Channel on September 26 last year with a jet engine mounted on his back.
In the upcoming flight he will fly from Tangier city in Morocco to Tarifa city in Spain. The two cities are separated by the Strait of Gibraltar. Rossy's aerial journey is nearly 37 km long.
'This will be a historic flight because no one has ever done it,' Rossy said.

Rossy, now a professional pilot, said he will wear a four-cylinder jet engine and wings that are more than 2.4 meters long and board a plane in Tangier. When the plane reached a height of 1,980 m he would jump out and fly the Strait of Gibraltar to Tarifa at a speed of over 200 km / h. After reaching the Spanish coast he will parachute into Tarifa city.
The flight time depends on weather conditions, but Rossy thinks it won't last more than 15 minutes.
Some aircraft and helicopters will fly by Rossy to record the event. The flight will be broadcast live on the Internet.
